Use Dr.Panda
with confidence.
These terms set out practical expectations for using the Dr.Panda website, developer materials and separately arranged AI services. A signed order or deployment agreement may add terms for a specific service.

1. About these terms
By accessing this website or using Dr.Panda materials, you agree to use them lawfully and follow these terms. If you use a service for an organization, you confirm that you are permitted to act for it. A separate written order, deployment agreement or service description may govern the specific service and will apply where it expressly differs from these general website terms.
2. Website and services
The public website provides product information, documentation and browser interface previews. Features and service availability depend on the relevant environment. A model, API route, account, deployment or capability described on a page is available only where it has been enabled and agreed for your service. Do not treat an informational page as a promise of a particular production configuration or service level.
3. Access and credentials
Where credentials are issued for an enabled service, keep them confidential, use them only as authorized, and restrict access to people who need it. Store production secrets in an approved server-side secrets manager; do not place them in client-side code, public repositories, screenshots or support messages. You are responsible for activity under credentials assigned to you. Notify the relevant service administrator promptly if a credential is lost or may have been exposed.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or a service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, access systems without permission, evade usage or security controls, interfere with service availability, distribute malicious code, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization. Do not use the service to create or distribute deceptive, abusive or harmful material in violation of applicable law or the service rules communicated for your deployment.
5. Your content and instructions
You retain responsibility for the text, files, data, instructions and other material you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that material and to authorize its processing in the selected environment. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information unless the deployment has been reviewed and approved for that information.
6. Model outputs and human review
AI outputs are generated from statistical models and may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased or unsuitable for your purpose. Similar requests may produce similar or different results for different users. You are responsible for checking outputs, validating code and sources, and applying human judgment before publishing or relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety or other consequential decisions. Do not present an output as verified fact without appropriate review.
7. Usage, metering and prices
Where a paid API or service is enabled, usage is measured according to the metering unit and rate information displayed for that service and any applicable order. Published reference prices are shown in Australian dollars unless a page or agreement expressly says otherwise. A customer order may specify negotiated rates, taxes, billing cycles, limits, minimum charges or other conditions. Check the current Pricing page and your order before making a cost commitment.
8. Models and third-party components
A service may depend on models, open-source components, hosting providers or other third-party technology. Their licenses and terms may apply to those components. Model names and availability can change. You must follow any additional restrictions communicated for a specific model or component.
9. Privacy and data handling
The Privacy Policy describes the public website’s current behavior. A separately configured API, gateway or private deployment may have its own data flows, logs, retention settings, administrators and subprocessors. Review the technical documentation and written service terms for your environment before sending production data. Your organization remains responsible for deciding whether a service is suitable for its information and regulatory obligations.
10. Changes and availability
Website content, documentation and preview interfaces may be updated. Services may be changed, suspended or unavailable for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Where an order sets notice, support or availability commitments, those written terms govern the relevant service.
11. Intellectual property
Dr.Panda and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, software and materials they provide, except for rights expressly granted to you. You may use public documentation to evaluate and integrate a service, subject to these terms and any applicable license. These terms do not transfer ownership of your submitted content to Dr.Panda.
12. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, website information and previews are provided for general evaluation and may not be complete or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional warranty, service commitment or liability allocation for an enabled service must be read in its applicable written agreement.
13. Updates to these terms
These terms may be revised as the website or services change. The date above identifies the latest published revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to your future website use, subject to any mandatory notice or separate agreement that governs your service.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms or a specific service arrangement can be sent through the Contact Us page →. Do not include passwords, API keys or sensitive information in your message.
