This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Dr.Panda website and how to think about information sent through separately configured AI services. The applicable service arrangement may add more specific terms.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the public Dr.Panda website, including its informational pages, navigation, language selector and browser-based interface previews. A customer’s separately deployed model runtime, API gateway or application may operate in a different environment. Its data handling depends on the deployment configuration and any applicable written agreement.
2. Information handled by the website
The current public website is delivered as static pages. It does not provide a connected account system, payment checkout or a production AI chat endpoint. The website’s language selector saves your language choice in local browser storage so that the selected language can be remembered as you browse. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls.
When your browser requests a page, the web host may receive ordinary connection information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested path, browser details and server response status. Hosting and security logs, if retained by the infrastructure provider, are governed by that provider’s configuration and terms.
3. Prompts, files and generated content
Do not enter passwords, API keys, confidential business records, personal information or other sensitive material into a public interface unless you have confirmed that the specific environment is approved for it. Interface previews on this website are not a promise that a production model request is being sent or processed.
For an API or private deployment arranged for your organization, check the deployment documentation and agreement to understand where prompts and outputs travel, whether they are logged, how long they are kept, and which party administers the environment. Configure those controls for your own legal and security requirements.
4. Why information is used
Website connection information may be used by the hosting and security layers to serve requested pages, maintain availability, diagnose errors and protect the site. The saved language preference is used to display the language you selected. This policy does not claim that prompts entered into a local preview are collected for model training.
5. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies
The website uses browser local storage for the language preference. Your browser may also send technically necessary data as part of an ordinary page request. The current public pages do not intentionally set advertising cookies or use a marketing analytics tracker. Your browser settings let you clear local storage and control cookies; clearing the language preference may reset the displayed language.
6. Service providers and external resources
Website delivery depends on infrastructure providers. The pages also request web fonts from Google Fonts; your browser may connect to Google to retrieve those font files. Those providers may receive connection data as part of handling the request under their own policies. Review their privacy information if you need details about their processing.
If a future page adds an embedded service, analytics, account function or payment flow, the relevant notice should identify it before collection begins. A customer deployment can also include providers selected by that customer.
7. When information may be disclosed
Information may be available to providers that operate the website or its security and delivery infrastructure. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of people and services. Any customer-controlled deployment may have its own administrators, processors and disclosure obligations.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be applied to the systems that host and operate the website. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. For your own integrations, keep API credentials server-side, restrict access, rotate exposed keys and avoid placing secrets in browser code or public repositories.
9. Retention
The language preference remains in your browser until you clear it or browser storage is removed. Web infrastructure logs may be retained for operational or security periods set by the hosting configuration. For a separately deployed service, retention depends on its configured logging, monitoring, backup and deletion processes and the applicable agreement.
10. Location and international handling
Website requests and external resource requests may be handled in locations used by the relevant infrastructure or resource provider. A customer’s deployment location should be confirmed from its specific architecture and service arrangement. Do not assume a geographic boundary unless it is documented for that environment.
11. Your choices and requests
You can clear the language preference in your browser and choose not to load external fonts by using browser controls or network policies, though the site may then use a fallback font. For a privacy question or a request relating to a particular service arrangement, use the Contact page and identify the environment involved. We may need enough information to locate and assess the request.
12. Children
The website and platform information are intended for professional and general audiences, not specifically for children. Do not provide a child’s personal information through a service unless the applicable environment and legal basis have been confirmed.
13. Changes to this policy
This page may be updated when the website, infrastructure or applicable practices change. The date at the top indicates the latest revision published here. A written customer agreement may set additional notice requirements for that customer’s deployment.
